Burst pipe in a loft

On site within 40 minutes, stopcock isolated, joint repaired and pressure-tested by 1am. Customer ceiling saved.

Sunday morning · Halifax

No heat, no hot water

Diverter valve failure on a 7-year-old Worcester. Replaced and tested within 90 minutes of arrival. Heat back on by lunch.

Bank Holiday Monday · Brighouse

Blocked main drain

Backing up into the downstairs WC. Drain rods, then a high-pressure flush. Resolved in 2 hours. Customer's roast saved.
